Loyalty programme terms and conditions:

1. Any guest may register for the loyalty programme.

2. The loyalty card is linked to the guest’s mobile phone number and is issued automatically upon registration in the guest account.

3. The loyalty card is cumulative; when the next status level is reached, the guest receives the discount applicable to that level.

4. Accumulated spend does not expire.

5. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers. The highest available discount applies.

6. Each programme member receives a guest account on our website where they can view their loyalty level, benefits at each level and booking history.
